About three months ago, a call from our good friend Davey at Ortega Fish Shack set the wheels in motion. He insisted we explore a hidden gem from Central Otago that would be a perfect fit for our portfolio. Eager to uncover new treasures, I invited Ginny and Jonny (Mum and Dad) to join me for a tasting session. The verdict was unanimous – the wines from Domaine Rewa had Jonny Wags' seal of approval.
Fast forward a few weeks, and I found myself sitting down with the dynamic duo behind Domaine Rewa – Philippa and Yannick Fourbets. Our conversation was a delightful blend of catching up, solving the world's problems, and, of course, discussing the exquisite wines they produce. It didn't take long for us to realize that working together was not just a possibility; it was a natural progression.
